Welcome to the first-annual in-person meeting of the PALTmed-Colorado Learning Community. Known previously as Geriatric Journal Club, we are a community of post-acute, long-term care (PALTC) professionals aiming to grow the core community knowledge in PALTC medicine. Join our clinicians for the following:

Connect. Engage with peers, share ideas, and build valuable relationships.
Improve care. Apply knowledge to drive better outcomes and patient care in post-acute, long-term care settings.
