Welcome to the first-annual in-person meeting of the PALTmed-Colorado Learning Community.  Known previously as Geriatric Journal Club, we are a community of post-acute, long-term care (PALTC) professionals aiming to grow the core community knowledge in PALTC medicine. Join our clinicians for the following:

  • Learn. Gain practical insights and stay current on high-impact clinical topics.
  • Connect. Engage with peers, share ideas, and build valuable relationships.
  • Improve care.  Apply knowledge to drive better outcomes and patient care in post-acute, long-term care settings.

  • Monthly virtual webinars 2026-2027: virtually 1st Thursdays of each month at noon

PALTmed-Colorado, Post-Acute and Long-Term Medicine Association - Colorado, (formerly The Colorado Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine and the Colorado Medical Directors Association) is organized to provide support and education for medical directors, providers, nursing home administrators and directors of nursing concerning the provision of post-acute and long-term care medicine.
