January 2026
Dear Colleagues, Exhibitors, and Sponsors,
PALTmed-Colorado (formerly CMDA) is pleased to announce its 31st Annual Conference, Visionary Goals & Inspiring Leadership, to be held Friday, April 24, 2026, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the Denver PPA Event Center, 2105 Decatur Street, Denver, Colorado.
This premier educational event will bring together an outstanding faculty of national and local experts to present best practices and the highest standards of care in post-acute and long-term care (PALTC) medicine. Attendees— including physicians, medical directors, advanced practice nurses, physician associates, surveyors, directors of nursing, administrators, and other PALTC professionals—will gain timely, practical insights that directly inform clinical practice and meaningfully improve daily care for the communities we serve.
We are proud to celebrate more than three decades of convening Colorado’s PALTC community and are delighted to invite you to be part of this milestone event. The Tradeshow is a cornerstone of the conference, providing invaluable opportunities for collaboration, education, and relationship-building. We would be honored to feature you and your organization as colleagues from across the state gather once again to exchange ideas, strengthen partnerships, and advance our shared mission of caring for Colorado’s most vulnerable populations.
To further expand access and support rural facilities and clinicians throughout Colorado, we are pleased to offer a livestream participation option this year. This enhancement extends exhibitor visibility well beyond the in-person event through inclusion of program advertisements, company descriptions, and contact information in the conference program—helping you reach a broader and more diverse audience.
Door Prizes: Door prizes are especially popular with convention participants and draw big crowds. Door prize giveaways will be held at the end of the conference, when exhibitors are invited to present their door prizes to the lucky winners (participants must be present to win). If you would like to donate a prize, please indicate on the registration form. Conference registration includes breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks and expanded networking time with attendees and fellow exhibitors.
For those traveling to Denver, room blocks have been secured at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Denver Downtown and the Hampton Inn & Suites Denver–Speer for arrivals on Thursday through departures on Sunday. The Denver PPA Event Center offers ample parking and convenient access via RTD at the Empower Field at Mile High Station.
To participate, please return a completed and signed Trade Show Registration Form, along with payment made payable to CMDA, by email or mail to: PALTmed-Colorado c/o Corecare Associates, 3123 Breakwater Court, West Palm Beach, FL 33411; Email: ian.cordes@gmail.com.
Please note that, in accordance with our policy, attendee contact information is not shared with exhibitors. Online registration for both participants and exhibitors is available at www.cmda.us.
We sincerely hope you will join us for this important and impactful event. If you have any questions, please contact Ian Cordes, director of operations, at ian.cordes@gmail.com or (561) 689-6321.
Sincerely,
David Shepherd, DO, MBA, MS, CMD, Conference Co-chair
