3. Complete evaluations for all sessions attended.

4. Click Save at the bottom of the evaluation to save and continue anytime. A link will be emailed to provide access to incomplete evaluations.

5. If you attended every session, you may claim the maximum 6.0 hours. 

6. For partial credit, combine the number of minutes spent in all sessions and round to the nearest quarter hour to report the total credit claim. Refer to the conference schedule.

7. Click Submit once the evaluation is completed.

8. The Certificate of Attendance will automatically be emailed to you from PALTmed-Colorado.
